Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Solura Sound Healing website and participation in any private sound healing session, group sound bath, workshop, event or other offering provided by Solura Sound Healing (“Solura”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By booking or attending an offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Health and Safety

Sound healing is a complementary wellbeing practice. It is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice, treatment or therapy from a qualified health professional.

Before your session or event, you must disclose any condition or circumstance that may affect your safe participation, including:

  • a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device;
  • epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures;
  • metal implants;
  • open wounds;
  • acute inflammation;
  • recent surgery; or
  • active cancer treatment.

You must also tell Solura about any change in your health before attending a session or event. To protect your wellbeing, Solura may adapt, postpone or decline a session or participation where appropriate. You are responsible for obtaining advice from your doctor or other qualified health professional where you have concerns about whether sound healing is appropriate for you.

2. Pregnancy

Prenatal sessions offered by Solura are designed to be pregnancy-safe, with adapted positions and a gentle pace. You must disclose your pregnancy when booking.

If you have concerns about your individual pregnancy, or have been advised that your pregnancy is high-risk, you should consult your midwife, obstetrician or other qualified health professional before attending. Information provided by Solura is not medical advice.

3. Minors

A person under 18 years of age may attend only with the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian must:

  • complete any required minor intake or consent form;
  • disclose relevant health information; and
  • remain present during the session or event unless another arrangement has been agreed with Solura in advance.

4. Informed Participation

Sound healing experiences are individual and outcomes vary. Solura does not guarantee any particular result, benefit or therapeutic outcome.

You may pause or end your participation at any time. You agree to communicate promptly with the practitioner about any discomfort, concern or change in your condition.

By attending, you confirm that:

  • the information you have provided is accurate and complete;
  • you will follow reasonable directions given by the practitioner;
  • you will inform the practitioner of any discomfort or concern; and
  • you accept responsibility for making informed decisions about your participation.

5. Bookings

A booking confirms a scheduled time or place for the relevant offering, subject to any payment requirements stated at the time of booking.

For private one-on-one sessions, payment is taken in person on the day of the session unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.

For group sound baths, workshops and other ticketed events, a place is confirmed when payment has been received through Humanitix or another ticketing method specified by Solura.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For private one-on-one sessions, you should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

A late cancellation or non-attendance may result in the session fee being retained or becoming payable, to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds for group sound baths, workshops and other ticketed events are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions displayed through Humanitix or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If Solura cancels an offering, Solura will offer you either:

  • a rescheduled date; or
  • a refund of the amount paid to Solura for the cancelled offering.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund or other right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

7. Payment

7.1 Private sessions

Payment for one-on-one sessions is taken in person on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Solura does not retain or store your card or banking details for private-session payments.

7.2 Group events and workshops

Sound baths, group sessions, workshops and other ticketed events are paid in advance through Humanitix or another ticketing provider identified at the time of purchase.

Humanitix is Solura’s ticketing provider for group sound baths and other events booked through that platform.

8. Liability

Solura takes reasonable care in delivering each offering and maintaining a safe and appropriate environment.

To the extent permitted by law, Solura is not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from:

  • information that you failed to disclose;
  • your failure to follow reasonable instructions;
  • your failure to communicate discomfort or concerns; or
  • risks inherent in voluntary participation in sound healing or related activities.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. Privacy

Solura collects and handles personal and health information to:

  • manage bookings;
  • communicate with you;
  • assess whether an offering is appropriate and safe;
  • tailor a session to your needs; and
  • comply with legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your information is handled in accordance with Solura’s Privacy Notice.

For group sound baths, workshops and other events booked through Humanitix, relevant booking and attendee information may be provided to Humanitix as necessary to process the booking, issue tickets, communicate event information and administer the event. Humanitix may also use third-party payment processors. Humanitix’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of information.

Solura does not sell your personal information.

Event photography or recording is subject to a separate consent choice and is not authorised merely by accepting these Terms & Conditions.

10. Refunds

Refunds are limited to the amount actually received by Solura, unless otherwise required by law.

For paid events, group sessions and workshops, refunds or transfers are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions stated at the time of purchase, including any applicable Humanitix terms.

If Solura cancels an offering, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of the amount paid to Solura for that offering.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, compensation or other remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

11. Payment Processing

Payments for group sound baths, workshops and other ticketed events booked through Humanitix are processed through Humanitix and, where applicable, its third-party payment providers.

Solura does not store your card or banking details.

Humanitix and its payment providers are responsible for handling payment information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. You should review the applicable Humanitix terms and privacy policy before completing a ticket purchase.
