About Solura Sound Healing.
A practice of returning.
Solura holds space for you to come back to your wholesome self. Not through force, but through sound, intuition, and the ancient remembering that lives in the body.

Guided by intuition, shaped by life, rooted in remembrance.
From the earliest years, music, voice, rhythm and in moments dance were my sanctuary, the place where I felt alive, held and free. Life carried me through deep loneliness, chronic illness and seasons of searching, and in the hardest moments it was always sound, stillness and prayer that brought me back to myself.
That long remembering led me to ancient instruments I had never studied, yet somehow already knew, singing bowls, shamanic drums, Celtic rhythms and Indian mantra, as if they had been carried in my blood, waiting to be awakened. My wisdom has been gathered across the stages and timelines of a life, the ripple effects of experience, the slow shaping of becoming, and an awakening to the ancestral connection that carries certain gifts forward. Some of these gifts are ancient enough that they cannot be titled or traced. They arrive simply because they were carried, and now they are shared.
Today I lead intuitively as a qualified Integral Sound Practitioner, holding a Level 2 Diploma, so every session is grounded in both skill and deep listening. Each offering is a conversation between sound and the person receiving it, a gentle guiding back toward wholeness, wellness and wellbeing. Deeply spiritually connected, I hold warm, sacred space for heart-led women, women’s circles, children, couples, families and community. Here, every being is met with tenderness, seen without judgement, and gently supported toward meaningful and lasting transformation.

Three rivers of ancient sound.
Solura’s practice is woven from the traditions that have called to her: shamanic drums and earth rhythms, Celtic beats, and the intuitive current of Indian mantra, shruti box and harmonium.
African
Shamanic drums and earth rhythms that ground, move and call the body back into its own pulse.
Celtic
Rhythms and ancient beats that open something wild, tender and deeply ancestral in the listener.
Indian
Mantra, shruti box and harmonium, intuitively driven, drawing the mind into devotion, stillness and inner harmony.

Remembering wholeness.
Vision. A world where every person remembers their wholeness. Where sound opens the door to the freedom of being, and sacred space is available to all. Every woman, every family, every community, and the animals we share this land with.
Mission. To guide people into the freedom of being through the ancient power of sound. Through 1:1 sessions, sound baths, Kirtan and vocal toning, Solura holds grounded, sacred space for women, couples, pregnant mothers and wellness seekers, weaving community where healing is unhurried and every person is met exactly as they are.
Reconnecting women to their authentic self, and supporting their journey toward a soul-aligned life, path and purpose.
What Solura stands for.
Every letter of Solura carries a pillar the practice is built upon.
Sacred
A calm, intentional space where you can fully switch off and be held.
Offering
A real exchange of skill and care. You show up; the rest is held for you.
Liberation
The freedom of being. Release from tension, noise, and the pressure of holding it all together.
Union
Body, breath, sound and rest brought back into one place, in a session or in community.
Resonance
Sound, bowls, voice and vibration used to help you settle and soften.
Awakening
Leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more embodied.
The voice as an instrument of healing.
The voice produces vibrations that touch the body, the emotion, the mind and the stress response itself. By shaping different tones, we resonate with frequencies that soothe on physical and emotional levels alike.
Singing, chanting and toning release what could not be put into words, especially tender for those for whom language has felt too small.
There is no formula here. Only attention and intention.

"When we struggle to find the words, the voice still knows the song."
